Oat Mini Pancakes
Finely chopped onion-1
Chopped tomato- 1
Olive oil- 1tsp
Salt to taste
Soak the oats in the buttermilk.
Mix gently. Now, add the salt, onion and tomatoes and mix gently.
Form a consistency required to make uttapams.
Heat the tava and pour portion of the batter.
Cover each of the uttapams with a lid and cook on low fire,
turning once so that both the sides are cooked.
Serve with mint chutney.
